FEE INFORMATION

  • Application Fee

    $50 per student (all application fees are non-refundable).


  • Enrollment Fee

    Families whose children have been accepted to North Hardin Christian School will receive an enrollment contract that must be completed and returned to the school to reserve space in the grade designated. This enrollment contract must be accompanied by an enrollment fee of $75 per student. (all enrollment fees are non-refundable).

  • Payment Plans

    North Hardin Christian School offers monthly payment methods to accommodate the varying budgets of the school community.

  • Tuition Assistance

    NHC offers need-based Tuition Assistance to families dependent on a number of factors including total (gross) family income, the number of family members, the number of children enrolled at NHC, and any additional extenuating financial circumstances. There is a $40 fee to apply for assistance. Please refer to the Tuition Assistance Information below for complete details on application process and deadlines. 

  • Sibling Discount

    We offer a $250 sibling discount for each additional student enrolled.

  • Pay-In-Full Discount

    There is a 3% discount on annual tuition if paid in full by the due date each year.

FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION

North Hardin Christian School is committed to being a financially-inclusive community, reflective of the Christ-centered nature of our mission. We encourage any family who is concerned about their ability to afford an NHC education to apply for our Forever Falcon Fund Tuition Assistance.


NHC's Forever Falcon Fund Program has been an important part of the school’s financial plan for several years. From our earliest days, North Hardin Christian School has had a desire to reflect the community in as many ways as possible, including a broad socio-economic representation among our families.


The Forever Falcon Fund is as much a service to the school as it is a service to the families who benefit directly from it. A need-based Tuition Assistance program increases the number of qualified candidates who can join our community, and it strengthens every program in the school by including precious students whose families could not otherwise provide classical and Christian education for their children.
