APPLICATION PROCESS
Thank you for your interest in North Hardin Christian School.
At NHCS, we are committed to providing our students a college preparatory education in a Christian environment. If you are interested in applying for admission, please follow these steps:
I.
Contact the school office at 270.351.7700 to schedule an informal interview. All new school families are required to meet with administration to discuss any questions or concerns regarding our school policies and procedures. There are no attendance requirements for elementary students. However, we do ask that middle and high school students attend the interview. A private school tour will also be provided during this visit.
II.
Complete the Student Application
and submit with all required documentation. Health forms are located at KY Department of Education
website.

- 4-Year-Old PreSchool– Eye exam performed by an optometrist. Eye Exam
- 5-Year-Old-Kindergarten – School Physical Exam School Physical
- 5-Year-Old Kindergarten Dental Screening. Dental Screening
- 6th-Grade Students – School Physical Exam School Physical
$75 Registration Fee
III.
Once a student has registered, we will request information from their previous school or you may deliver their records to the school office.
IV.
Registered students are immediately permitted to attend class, day camps, or any school-related function.
V.
Since NHCS is financially committed to our registered students, a $200 withdrawal fee will be assessed to each student withdrawn after May 1. Military and other work-related moves are not subject to this fee.
