Want to Get Your Driver’s Permit?
You will need a School Compliance Verification Form.
Here is what you need to do:
Email Mrs.Shannon at shannon.mccoy@nhcky.org to request a form.
- Include the student’s full legal name.
- Mrs. Shannon will have the form available at the front office the next school day for pickup.
- Make your appointment with the DMV. The form is good for 60 days after it is issued.
